A new beer is being produced and marketed just for beer pong called Pong Beer, how creative right?

The beer is made by outRAGEus Beverages. Their beer is a light American lager for all beer pong lovers to enjoy and delicious and more high quality beer when playing every college students favorite game of ‘beer pong’.

The beer is currently only available in about 10 states so far. Some states it is currently available in are Florida, Kentucky, New York, and New Jersey, basically a lot of college towns for now. According to pongbeerusa.com beer pong products make about $20 million in sales annually and 50 percent of college students play beer pong.

One of the perks the company highlights is that when you buy a 30 pack of Pong Beer it comes with two free ping pong balls. 

The pongbeerusa.com website does not give you very much information on its new product. It claims the beer is very affordable for beer pong players. 

I personally find this kind of silly and weird, but I guess it proves in the statistics that for the company it was a smart decision to create and market a beer specifically for beer pong and then just call it “Pong Beer”. I am not impressed so far, but maybe If I see these cheaper prices and the first year sales of the beer, maybe I will change my mind.
